Starting on THURSDAY (January 16) from 6:30 - 7:45pm this lovely lady Tara will be guiding 7 lucky participants through an 3 week Chakra Dance Series. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤 What is Chakra Dance? (Note: this is my super brief version) According to certain traditions and cultures our bodies consist of 7 energy points from our lower pelvic region to the crown of our head. Each point is connected to a colour, a vibration, a musical tone, to feelings, to emotions. You will learn to explore these energy points in your body through music and dance (with eyes closed so you can really channel your focus inwards). This 3 session dance of Intuition gives you an opportunity to manifest a new you in this new year and decade. Plus you get to get a sweat on while dancing with your eyes closed! If trying new things is something you want to do in 2020, then this is totally for you! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤 Cost: $50.00 and registration is done online through our system.
