Chakradance™ is a playful, spirited, free flowing, healing dance meditation to unblock your energy centers or chakras for greater well being, freedom. peace and joy.
This 3 session DANCE OF Love for gives you the opportunity to release and / or heal the hurts, pain and heaviness of the heart to bring lightness, joy and peace to the heart and to your life. DANCE OF Love allows your heart to open to the love of the Universe. The last session will be dedicated to sending healing energy to Mother Earth and all of the inhabitants of the land, water and air.
Come explore the Anahata Heart Chakra with music, mudra, meditation, dance and art. DANCE OF Love heals the heart, balance your energies and send healing energy to self, specific individuals and / or to all of humanity.
Tuesdays: June 11, 18 & 25, 2019 from 1:30 – 3 pm

Our first FITGirls Event for 2019 is the FIT GIRLS SPORT DAY
with the Manitoba Moose!
On March 9, 2019 join us for an amazing day all about GIRLS! Join us for this amazing event put on by Fit Women and Girls!
Event Schedule:
4:30pm – arrive at the Bell MTS Place, located at 300 Portage Avenue.
Registration will take place from 4:30pm – 4:45pm. To avoid the lines, please bring your completed Waiver Form that can be downloaded here: http://fitcommunications.ca/fit-girls-event-info/
*Please note! If you child is under the age of 13, they MUST be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of this event.
4:45pm – 4:50pm – Welcome Message from FITGirls and The Manitoba Moose.
4:50pm – 5:20pm – Yoga! Please bring a yoga mat or a towel for this portion of the event. HEATHER WILL BE TEACHING THE YOGA!!
5:25pm – 5:45pm – Inspirational Chat with World Ranked Professional Boxer, former WBC and WIBA World Champion, current UBF Champion OLIVIA ‘The Predator’ GERULA!
5:45pm – 6pm – Head down to your seats to watch the Manitoba Moose take on the Rockford Icehogs!

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus!
• 1 Can Organic Chickpeas (rinsed)
• 2 Red Peppers
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 3 tbsp Tahini
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1/4 tsp Cummin
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley

METHOD:
•• Broil Peppers for 10 mins
•• Allow to cool. (I find cooking them in a paper bag or covered helps the skin come off easier) remove skin.
•• Put all ingredients into food processor
•• Blend until smooth and enjoy!
