Roasted Red Pepper Hummus!

β€’ 1 Can Organic Chickpeas (rinsed)

β€’ 2 Red Peppers

β€’ 2 Cloves Garlic

β€’ 3 tbsp Tahini

β€’ 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

β€’ 1/4 tsp Cummin

β€’ 1 tsp Turmeric

β€’ 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley

METHOD:

β€’β€’ Broil Peppers for 10 mins

β€’β€’ Allow to cool. (I find cooking them in a paper bag or covered helps the skin come off easier) remove skin.

β€’β€’ Put all ingredients into food processor

β€’β€’ Blend until smooth and enjoy!
