Foodie Friday! Red Pepper Hummus

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus!
β’ 1 Can Organic Chickpeas (rinsed)
β’ 2 Red Peppers
β’ 2 Cloves Garlic
β’ 3 tbsp Tahini
β’ 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
β’ 1/4 tsp Cummin
β’ 1 tsp Turmeric
β’ 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley

METHOD:
β’β’ Broil Peppers for 10 mins
β’β’ Allow to cool. (I find cooking them in a paper bag or covered helps the skin come off easier) remove skin.
β’β’ Put all ingredients into food processor
β’β’ Blend until smooth and enjoy!
