Cinnamon Flax Muffins!

These are a great little grab n go breakfast or snack!!

β€’ 2 Cups Ground Flax Seed

β€’ 1 Tbsp Baking Soda

β€’ 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

β€’ 2 Tbsp Cinnamon

β€’ 6 Eggs

β€’ 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)

β€’ 1/2 Water (warm)

Method:

β€’β€’ Set oven to 350 degrees, put muffin liners in muffin tray or lightly grease with coconut oil.

β€’β€’ In medium bowl, mix together all dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.

β€’β€’ In small bowl, whisk together wet ingredients until throughly combined. Add wet to dry and mid well.

β€’β€’ Let batter sit for 1-2 minutes and then distribute evenly amongst muffin cups.

β€’β€’ Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean. Enjoy!
