Cinnamon Flax Muffins!
These are a great little grab n go breakfast or snack!!
• 2 Cups Ground Flax Seed
• 1 Tbsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
• 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
• 6 Eggs
• 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
• 1/2 Water (warm)
•• Set oven to 350 degrees, put muffin liners in muffin tray or lightly grease with coconut oil.
•• In medium bowl, mix together all dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
•• In small bowl, whisk together wet ingredients until throughly combined. Add wet to dry and mid well.
•• Let batter sit for 1-2 minutes and then distribute evenly amongst muffin cups.
•• Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean. Enjoy!
