Foam Roller Workshop with Melanie Saffie

Saturday, October 14th – 2:00pm – 4:00pm

In this two hour specialty workshop led by Melanie Saffie, RMT, you will begin with a 45 minute bootcamp style workout to warm up the body. Following the workout, there will be a short discussion on  how foam rolling can benefit sore, tight muscles, prevent injury, and increase flexibility. We will then begin to break down how to roll the body from head to toe, when to roll, as well as why it is so beneficial to incorporate into your weekly workouts! You can bring a roller if you have one, if you don’t we will provide them for you!
