Flow into Fall – Yoga and ritual for the changing seasons

As we move into autumn, the days start to get shorter, a chill creeps into the air, and the leaves fall to the ground.  A shift happens in nature, and that shift affects our bodies and our minds.

During the change of seasons, we can start to feel a little unsettled, anxious, stressed, and out of balance.  This workshop will combine teachings from yoga and Ayurveda to help you establish a self-care ritual that will keep you feeling balanced, grounded, and calm and we flow deeper into fall.

Think grounding yoga poses, tea and healthy comfort food ideas, an introduction to Ayurveda and a sweet, calming meditation.

Yoga Mat
Water Bottle
Journal and Pen if you wish to take notes!
