Embracing Autumn with Amanda Burkowski

Saturday, September 30th – 2:00pm – 4:00pm

In this workshop we will embrace the change in the season as well as practice acceptance of change in other areas of our lives.

We will use a restorative yoga practice to relax the body and min, guided mindfulness meditation to focus our awareness and journaling and discussion to deepen our insight into our ability to evolve.

Post practice tea will be provided for participants to enjoy during the journaling and discussion portion of the workshop.
