Dance, Tone, and Flow with Sharon Delbridge

Saturday, September 30th – 11:30am – 1:30pm

This workshop is for those who want to dance and party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!

The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Let’s shake shake shake things up, while toning target zones, including arms, core, and lower body.

After dancing and feeling fabulous, we will end the class with a refreshing and rejuvenating flow class. Sharon will lead you through a flow practice connecting your movement to your breath to awaken your soul. The postures will help you deepen your awareness of your breath and movement. The result will be a healing energy feeling surrounding you.
