Q & A and 90 min Master Class

Saturday, October 14th – 11:30 – 1:30pm

In this two hour workshop we will spend the first 30 minutes breaking down some important postures (such as plank, lunges, curtsy squats, flat back kicks, or any postures students in attendance have questions about) and then be ready to SWEAT it out with a 90 minute Master Class!  This one is a guaranteed butt kicker!  But in a super good way of course! 🙂
